How can i scan an ultimate boot cd iso?

I want to check and see if a virus got on the iso because i dont want to remake it after i already made an iso 2 copies in fact put them on a cds. I found a rat in the folder called ultravnc 1.10.06 or some numbers like that i found 2 with almost the exact same name are rats dangerous to the iso if they did get on and how can i scan to see if they did get on the iso. By the way its already on a cd.
