What do you think of the idea of an outdoor toilet in the garden? (in an enclosed area of course)?

We are redoing our backyard and are considering putting a toilet in one section of the garden. Yes we are going to section off one area of the garden with a fence so a toilet can be placed there among the roses and waterfalls. My husband is a plumber so he can do this without any approval as well. So what do you think of this idea?
