Brown spotting or discharge?

I go for a doctors appt tomorrow. When i went for a scan at 6 weeks tge doc said he could only see a sac no fetal pole or heartbeat. He also said my uterus was very tilted so that could be why he hasnt seen anything. My levels were still rising so thats why he thinks it just could be my uterus making him not see the baby. He also said I have a blood clot in my uterus. Now friday I helped my mom clean her garage out and move some stuff out. Well after all that when I sat down for a little but I noticed I had a gush of discharge come out. It was brownish clear discharge. It onlg came out in that one gush the I probably spotted the brow discharge for abt another hour. I never had any pain or cramps. Any idea if what that might have been?? Could it have been the blood clot?? Or could it have been my sac??
