Does having belly fat makes it diffcult to feel your baby in your stomach or?

does it mean that your baby will be carried deep inside or something? i know the question is weird but i need to know. i have 3 kids already and i av gained a lot of weight after that and i feel pregnant like 5 months pregnant because my stomach has a bump but its soft like there is nothing inside i have a scan next week to see who is hiding there lol. any experienced lady please let me know.
