How could this much alcohol effect my friend who is 14 years old?

I was at one of my freinds house last night and since it was his birthday we had some beer, but one of my friends has never been drunk before and had 6 shots of 40% barcardi, and 4 bottles of budweiser and he is very sick, and very pale, he literally can not stop been sick every thing he eats/drinks comes straight back out and i'm very worried, what could of happend to him? has he got alcohol poisoning?
