Does anyone know this song?

I just saw it on a Budweiser commercial. It shows a split screen; on the left side you see a soldier traveling, and on the right, you see a man setting up lights and other party-like things in a barn. At the end of the commercial, the two men come together and then it shows the soldier reuniting with other members of family and friends. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the song on the commercial? The only lyrics I can remember go something like, "I'm home again."
