Bloodhound.MalPE and Trojan.Gen notifications keep popping up on my computer.?

Symantec Auto Scan keeps popping up with notifications of Bloodhound.MalPE and Trojan.Gen having been quarantined from temp files on my harddrive. I keep deleting files out of that folder and have run Malwarebytes Anti Malware, Spybot, and full scan with Symantec and nothing shows up on any of those scans, yet I keep getting notifications of both Bloodhound.MalPE and trojan.gen. Any suggestions?
